What Our Film Advisors Are Saying…

I think this was my favourite [film from the Moving Stories Films program]. Loved the style, the animation was great, and the story was well told. It unfolded well, was genuinely disturbing, and ended with a real impact. And I love the Pixies.
- Gary Thomas, Filmmaker

I’ve never read a graphic novel, but after watching A Letter to Colleen I feel as if I have. The graphics…have a strong sense of movement to them, and a kind of pathos that tempers, in a way, the satire and cynicism of the narration. This story isn’t for everyone…but something comes through, something fairly powerful and human.
- Nino Ricci, Author
